Dorothy Perkins Style Heroes

This outfit features the Ankle Grazers and Sleeveless Jacket which is part of Dorothy Perkins Style Heroes campaign. I wanted to create my own version of the trend and demonstrate how I'd style the key pieces. First of all, can we take a minute out to appreciate how amazing this outfit looks on! Long gone are the days I'd struggle to to find a pair of cropped trousers that drops perfectly at the ankle [tall girl problems]. Although this outfit would've looked great with heels, I wanted to switch it up and style it with a pair of trainers and fishnet socks [trend alert!] for an edgy smart/casual look. And what better way to wear the sleeveless jacket than with a bell sleeved shirt I recently discovered in H&M [another trend alert!]. To complete this look, I added simple accessories such as the leather watch and faux suede clutch, also from Dorothy Perkins.
